Assassin's Creed PC will be hitting shelves later this week.
That's it! The
Assassin's Creed PC competition is now closed and we're accepting no more entries!
To help celebrate the launch of the PC version of the fantastic open-world stealth title we teamed up with Ubi to offer a selection of different prizes and goodys to five lucky
bit-tech readers - all you had to do was answer a very simple multiple choice question.
We wanted to know which of the which of these is
not a mission type new to
Assassin's Creed on PC? Merchant Stand Destruction, Throwing Knife Darts or Archer Assassination?
The answer was of course
Throwing Knife Darts. Now we've drawn five lucky winners randomly from the masses of entries we've had, so check below to see if your name is on the list!
Richard Baker (Preston), Rob Fisher (Hemel Hempstead), Tom Cosgrove (Chesterfield), Scott Parkin (Sheffield) and Matthew Tuck (Sheffield).
Each of these five souls has bagged themselves a copy of the game for the PC, a T-shirt, figurine, comic and art booklet. Pass on your congratulations and jealous hate mail via
the forums.
Congrats to the winners.
It's a great game. I played the 360 version for hours every day until I finished it. It takes a while to master the controls, so don't give up too easily, or you'll miss out on tons of rooftop-jumping, soldier-stabbing, beggar-punching fun.
Your assuming that all the winners are forum members which isn't always the case.
It actually totally rocks, my PC is literally the exact minimum spec and I'm running everything maxed at 1440x900 no problem.
Thanks, and thanks for running the competition in the first place :)
