Cooler Master Competition winners announced

Congratulations to the winners and commiserations to those that didn't win this time around.

In the run up to Christmas, we treated you with several chances to walk away with some cool kit for your PCs – the first of which was sponsored by Cooler Master.

Anyway, all of the selected winners confirmed that they wanted to win the prizes (I mean, who wouldn’t?) over the holiday period, so it’s time to give the winners some time in the lights.

The two lucky readers to walk away with a Cooler Master Stacker 831 SE chassis, a Cooler Master Real Power Pro 850W power supply, a Cooler Master Hyper TX2 and a Cooler Master mouse mat were Chris Brown of Cheltenham and Gregor Smart of Glenrothes, Fife.

At bit-tech, we like to share the prizes around as much as we possibly can and this competition was no exception to that rule. There were also five runners’ up prize bundles that consisted of a Cooler Master Hyper TX2 and a Cooler Master mouse mat.

The five lucky runners up are Del Riordan of Grantham; Darren Mitchell of Luton; Brian Russell of Swindon; Nicholas Jackson of Cambridge; and Hugo Andrews of Cambridge.

Congratulations to the winners and commiserations to anyone that entered and didn’t walk away with a prize. We’d also like to take the time to thank Cooler Master for supporting the bit-tech community with the sponsorship of this competition.

If you haven’t won this time around, don’t fret – there is still a great chance to walk away with some prizes by simply voting in our massive Mod of the Year 2007 competition!

Here's a question for you:

How many legs does a human have?
A: Twelve
B: Mongoose
C: Two

Correct answers on an envelope to Humans have two legs, 2 Legs road, London, LN2 222.

We did pass that advice onto Cooler Master when we were discussing the details of the competition, but sadly for anyone outside of the UK, they wanted to make it UK-only.

I live in both UK & Denmark, can I enter?

It may be that I'm not in the UK at the time but then I can have it sent to a family member?

Couldn't they have put "If you're Stuck, Google is your Friend" ???

Sure, as long as you have a UK postal address, that's fine.

It's not us, we've asked again for CM to open it up but we've not heard back. At least we're teaming up to give something away ;) and the Mod of the Year contest will be far larger and worldwide ;)

Well thats cool. Do you guys have the giveaways at HQ? Or does CM ship them directly? Cause you guys would ship international right? Just out of curiosty, and if you know or not, do you know how many visitors you get from Int. countries?

:)

The button panel seems to have some of the text missing from the CMS830 but what do I know, I haven't seen my baby in 3 months. I'll be entering and hoping for the best! :D
