So, time is ticking down until we announce the winners of our The Darkness competition, but if you haven't entered yet then it's still not too late and you may be able to bag some goodies if you can enter before Saturday.

The Darkness is the new, gory and gothic FPS game for the Xbox 360 and was developed by Starbreeze Studios, famous for its critically acclaimed Chroncicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay. You can read our full review of the game here.

Set in a grim, gritty comic-inspired version of New York, The Darkness casts players as young Jackie Estacado. Jackie's been down on his luck lately - his girl has been on his back, work's getting to him a little and, oh yeah, he's suddenly sprouted massive black tentacles from his back which allow him to conjure all sorts of mischief.

Players get the chance to guide Jackie, a mob hitman with a heart of...well, darkness actually, on an exciting journey of revenge and self-discovery as he tries to fight for his life and piece together what exactly is happening to him.

We've got five copies of the game and five limited edition t-shirts from The Joystick Junkies to give away and five lucky winners can bag one of each if they can answer the following question successfully.

Wohooo. As I was leaving this morning the postman caught me and had in his hand my parcel from 2K Games. Those that are interested the T-Shirt is Long Sleeved and green with Darkness across the chest in its font. Also on the back across the shoulder blades are a few symbols. Downer is its Size M and since I moved to Sheffield I becam a right fat B*****d and now a size XXL.

Nevermind its free so cant complain, just have to diet :). As soon as I get hom from work im playing the Game and might take a picture of the T-Shirt.

Well, we stopped using normal mail a year ago. Everyone uses E-mail. Packages and larger parcels get delivered once a week if you're lucky :/

mmm Finally got roung to playing the Darkness. Im at part 2 and doing the side missions however I cant go anyfurther. When I speak to Vinny and leave the subway for Gun Hill I get an error message saying clean disk.

The game is fudged.
