We've used Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, as this is the most popular 64-bit OS and the most reliable for testing the applications above.

As the A10-7800 is geared more towards low power systems and CPU portion of the chip is multiplier-locked too, we've run all tests at stock speeds. However, we have carried out testing using 2,133MHz memory and at both 45W and 65W, which are the two optimised TDP modes. We've changed motherboards too and now use an MSI A88XI. However, older results were carried out with a larger ATX motherboard so the power results are likely to be a little lower by comparison.
