Mod of the Month May 2013

We're pretty sure the weather isn't great for most of you reading this in the Northern Hemisphere but despite the persistent rain and cold temperatures, there are plenty of new modding projects on show in our forum. So much so that picking just six to feature in our monthly modding competition - Mod of the Month, was the hardest it's been for a while.

As usual we need you to vote for your favourite, which you can do in the forum. Make sure you head over to our Modding forum to see tips, tricks, guides and planning of new projects, while the Project Logs forum is where the real magic happens. Don't forget our main Modding section either, where you'll find guides and articles written by the makers of some of the best projects we've seen.

We've just launched a new modding competition too, where we're asking you to build a case for Intel's tiny NUC motherboards. We've got five Intel NUC kits worth £400, including SSDs and WiFi modules, to give away so head over to the competition page to see how to get started.

We're proud to have the legendary Mnpctech sponsoring Mod of the Month. The Mnpctech guys are regulars on our forums and, in addition to being avid modders themselves with some awesome projects to their names, the Mnpctech online store is also well worth a visit from every modder.

You should consider potential, originality, execution and show of skill when voting.
