Half-Life 2 Xbox 360 mod

Nice job.

Although Half-Life 2 for Xbox 360 has been put back to the summer of 2007, that hasn't stopped PinPoint, of the QJ forums, taking dremel to Xbox in the name of Valve's greatest.

The Xbox 360 mod has a massive window cut in the top, and a further window and decal added to the DVD drive. There's an awesome layered logo on the bottom, and the console is designed to be stood up, with a fantastic paint job.

It's a slick finish and the whole thing works really well, with some nice geometric shapes giving it a unique appeal.

Check out the mod, and let us know what you make of it over in the forums.

nice..... it would be better if it had a work log and some night pictures if it has internal light.

To be honest, like i said on digg a while ago. Thats not worth the attention its getting. Its a bad spray job and a window. It looks bland and whats with painting bits of the front orange and the rest grey? Nothing against the modder who did this, he's probably put a lot of effort into it. I just don't think that all this hype is relative to what he has done.

The paint job could be 'refined' but otherwise, it's a great mod.

The windows are very well done, drawing attention to the heatsink and additional colour inside the case, the paintjob is professional, overall it's a clean, simple and attractive mod. You don't need lights, bells and whistles to make it cool

Having said that an orange glow would look cool
