Availability of Nvidia's GeForce 9800 GX2 is "OK" after a few days on the market. Either the card isn't selling brilliantly, or there is enough stock to keep up with demand.

I think DABS has lost its way with their prices, although they often have free delivery weekends on offer, so I guess thats a tenner saved if you want to wait the 3 days for delivery.
Brand however is important to me, so kudos again to Scan for stocking the most brands. BFG Tech for the win in my book, but Im not in the market for this card. (Two 800 GTS 512's give equal performance for less money) . The 9800GTX is released March 25th, and Im curious to see how that one will perform (and cost)
Ohhh yeah!
What does THAT mean?
Thanks, I forgot about CCL - I've included them now!
I remember when I got my 8800GTX WC, the price went up about a week after I got mine.
i predict we see more 9800Gx2 price drops, unless nVidia gets better drivers that enables this less than one week product to overtake one and half year old G80 GTX in SLi.
I really want to but one of these but I just cant justify spending $600 on a graphics card (no matter how good it is).

downgrade for 400 quid, awesome idea :p
nVidia never did. THe 7900/50 GX2 also had 2 PCBs, but the cores weren't facing eachother. This is IMO a better solution. The easiest though would be to have asingle PCB. But this makes the dual slot space (that the card will obviously take up anyway) far better used.
whigh brand for a 9800 gx2 would you reckon is the best??
thanx
