Pakuma launches funky new bags

Pakuma have launched a new range of funkalicious laptop bags into the UK, designed to attract the more style-concious buyer.
The bags are influenced, we're told, by the ethos of the Pemon tribe in South America - which means a cool tribal logo and earthy colours for the fabrics.
To set themselves apart from the million other companies that make laptop bags, Pakuma use only the highest quality materials, like expensive zips and buckles that will won't break. The materials are stress tested like crazy to make sure you get a good working life out of the bag, and the stitching is all done to the minutest detail.
Whilst most other bags sport a padded notebook compartment, these bags are lined with foam developed by NASA to keep your hardware safe.
We think they look a little bit like Crumpler bags. Like the Crumplers, they're priced a bit more expensive than your average PCWorld rubbish - they range from £50 to £85 depending on style and colour. However, these bags are a lot more sturdy than Crumplers, making these a bit more of a justifiable investment.
The bags come in both backpack and messenger back designs, for the more practical and the more metrosexual. Happily the latter, my Powerbook has found itself a comfortable new home.
