Homefront is set for release on March 18th, 2011 on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
THQ has released a new trailer for Homefront, the new shooter being developed by Kaos Studios and Digital Extremes - the latter of whom is taking charge of the enhanced PC version
Set in the year 2027, Homefront tells the story of an American resistance as they fight to overthrow a united Korean army that has successfully occupied the US - a storyline written by John Milius, the man behind Apocalypse Now and Red Dawn.
Homefront is currently set for UK release on March 18th on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
We had a look at Homefront last year out at GamesCom 2010, where developer Kaos Studios showed off how it will use carefully scripted sequences to create an intense singleplayer experience based around familiar locations.
The multiplayer, on the other hand, will be opened up for large-scale battles involving land and air-borne vehicles. Check out our Homefront preview
for more information.
The new trailer shows off a brief snippet of gameplay, as well as some live-action scenes. Check it out below, then let us know your thoughts in the forums
