Mass Effect is already shaping up to be a great game by the looks of it and the short bursts of time we've had going hands-on with it have certainly left us with positive impressions. It looks beautiful, has smooth gameplay which blends action and RPG elements and uses an epic plot set in a massive game-universe.

Oh, and it's got a fair bit of sex in it too - ranging in extremity from the fairly tame to the admittedly-quite-spicy lesbian alien-on-human sexathons. We kid you not.

Unfortunately, not everyone is keen on the idea of alien and human gettin' jiggy wit' it. In fact, the game has now been banned in Singapore after officials have seen how it's, um, handled.

And, for the curious, we'll just cut to the chase and link you to a video of the most spicy of the relevant scenes. Be warned, it's a little NSFW even though the scene is quite tastefully done and it's good to see the developers haven't been explicit just for the hell of it.

There's very few details at the moment, but GameAxis Online is currently confirming that the game will not be available for sale in Singapore.

How do you feel about the spate of recent bans in the video game market? Concerned? Annoyed? Horny? Let us know in the forum.
