Enermax Competition Winners Announced

One lucky reader has bagged themselves this case, while other got PSUs or case fans.

On 22 September we partnered with Enermax to offer you lucky reader-types the chance to win a load of goodies. The competition is now over, so we're back to announce the winners. First off, let's go through the competition question:

We asked you how many LED lights the new Enermax Apollish 120mm fan has, with options of 4, 10 and 15. As any self-respecting hardware enthusiast (or anyone who read the explanation text directly above the question) knows, the new range of Apollish fans have 15 LEDs each. Yep, 15! You can see what the new fans look like below.

The winners were picked at random from the correct entries. So, without further-ado, the winners are:

First Prize - An Enermax ECO80+ 620W PSU
Winner: Philipp Bové, from Berlin in Germany.

Second Prize - An Enermax ECO80+ 500W PSU
Winner: Thomas Capaldi from London in England

Third Prize - Enermax Staray case
Winner: Daniel Vorrath from Hamburg in Germany

Fourth and Fifth Prizes - Two 120mm Enermax Apollish fans
Winners: Tita Georgiana from Caracal in Romania, and Matthew Grant from London in England.

Please note that your prize will be sent out directly from the supplier, not from bit-tech.net, so there may be some delay in it reaching you. This also unfortunately means that we are unable to give a delivery date. However, if you do not receive your prize within 6-8 weeks please contact emily_hodges [at] dennis.co.uk.

i used to respect enermax, but now they are a s***ty company. Because of the 3rd party that they have handling their rma's in the uk, it took 6 weeks to get my psu back!!!!! thats rediculous, enermax can f%%k off imo now!

X'ing fingers! As for cases: Basic setup looks good for modding the %^&^ out of but not impresses just for stock looks. It's not how big the fan is but what you do with it that will grab me! lol. As per the fans would like to get my hands on a few to see what they would look like IRL. The pics are very studio looking.

Could use a PSU, maybe it'd solve my cold-boot problem.

As for the case, it should look great with a while Nexus fan in front - don't know about the red/blue power and reset buttons, then, though. Mod those to white as well, maybe? You'll have to tell me how when I win :)

Entered! - Forever checking the bit-tech website for reviews, was only recently i checked out the forum.

As for the comments on the case, all i could say is that i guess it depends what it looks like in your room first before making a judgement upon its appearance, i say this as some pictures simply don't do justice to the product. Of course some pictures make the product look better than it actually is! - Then again, judgement is needed before parting with your hard earned cash! - I'm Conflicted:? Maybe whoever wins can give alittle feedback? or maybe bit-tech themselves?:D

  1. Bit-tech do not need your address or phone number in order to enter this competition...(granted this may help to avoid being spammed, but that is a different issue).
  2. Bit-tech.net are NOT listed under Dennis Publishing Ltd (reg:Z6583918) "other names" with regards to the Data Protection Register.

Shame, I would have liked to enter but I value my "identity" more than a chance to win this excellent prize...

A far better system would have been to use the Bit-tech forum PM and Username sent via a valid UK e-mail address.

Alternatively the Hexus style competion entry system..

Simply saying that you destroy the data is not acceptable.....

Being Enermax customer is good to see them involved in such. The new fans are boss. Would replace mine quite nicely, lol.
I painted my Thermaltake frames with silver/chrome base and translucent cobalt blue for very similar look.

Yes the dates are all wrong. October 5th (today) is Monday, not Friday, and October 6th (tomorrow) is Tuesday, not Saturday.

Alternate Universes or just regular drunkenness?
