NZXT has had contests on other sites that were for their specific region only. Reason for this is that global companies have different divisions with their own budgets to hold competitions... Shipping international will cut into said budgets so they just let the regional divisions hold contests for their region only. Legit Reviews just had an NZXT contest a month or so ago with pretty much the same stuff.

Everybody loves a good competition

except for when the sponsor is to cheap to make it world wide ><
Quote delriogw 28th August 2009, 20:24
it's probably more to do with differing competition rules around the world

that's the reason a lot of comps are USA and Canada only.
Quote dicobalt 29th August 2009, 05:42
Yea, technically entering something like this is considered gambling in some places. That's why you always see so many limitations in small print about what locations are not allowed to participate in a giveaway.
Quote damienVC 29th August 2009, 08:05
I've entered. I won an umbrella once about 15 years ago in a raffle so am hopeful that my luck will continue.

I always feel sorry for the families on these competitions, what about poor 12 year old billy who hasn't seen or even met his big cousin *insert name here* that works for deniss publishings and wants a new power supply to pay for the food cause his parents are in poverty T_T

Oh well I guess Billy will have to go fudge himself ^_^
