UK modder Maki role is a newcomer to our forum, having lurked for a few years but has already started with a bang with his NZXT Phantom 820 mod called Azure. While the Phantom 820 is a great case for water-cooling in its own right, Maki role has added some great-looking details to his powerful Quad SLI, LGA2011-based system.
As well as a sizeable cable braiding task dealing with the Phantom 820's numerous fans and other cables, Maki role has added a an acrylic sheet to the case, acting as a mid-section and cover for the 5.25in bays. This provides a home for two EK pump/reservoir combos and we can see how the system will be plumbed in too.
The most recent updates to the project log show a fabulous-looking interior, with straight tubing, a subtle lighting glow and a generally awesome-look. We can't wait to see the finished article.
