The world of modding wouldn't be nearly as good as it is without thechoozen - a duo of German modders who have produced scores of fantastic projects over the years. We welcome them back to Mod of the Month with their latest mod, and the key is in the name with this one.
The humongous Cooler Master Cosmos 2 is the subject of their attention in the project, which began at the beginning of 2012. You'd be right in thinking they were mad, opting for this case for a mini-ITX build, but the dinky Gigabyte GA-E350N-USB3 motherboard is one of two motherboards to eventually reside inside the case, meaning there'll be two systems on the go.
Given the Cosmos II's water-cooling pedigree, thechoozen have decided to water-cool the Gigabyte board too - not an easy task with a complete absence of off-the-shelf waterblocks. However, the appear to have done a pretty good job making their own
In the most recent updates the case has received a fantastic paint job, the motherboard has been installed, and an awesome-looking reservoir has been made too. We've yet to see a bad Cosmos 2 mod, and Cosmos 2 - 2in1 Edition is certainly one of our favorites and should look even better once it's finished.
