Project Log: Here

Whether you're a fan of Wonder Woman or not, you can't deny that this mod has a fantastic paint job. In fact, it's one of the best paint jobs we've seen this year, and BOBDBONE deserves plenty of credit for his brilliant preparation work.

The project is less than a month old, but it's already acquired a following of dedicated fans. It started with what must have been a mammoth wet sanding session, which saw BOBDBONE apply primer and paint, with plenty of sanding and buffing in between. The result is a superb mirror finish.

The PSU was dismantled (always be careful when doing this, as they can hold charge), and was given a coat of primer, as was the bare case, which helped to provide a smooth surface for the final coat of glossy black paint.

Above we can see more work taking place on the front fascia, and at this point BOBDBONE had also begun work on a great-looking mesh-surround for the front drive bays.
