Battlefield 2142 by Butterkneter

Oliver Konig, aka Butterkneter, is one of Germany's top modders. We've featured his previous Battlefield 2 mods in these pages before. This time around, he teamed up with Electronic Arts to produce a mod based on the new multiplayer game, Battlefield 2142. The end result is, in typical Olly style, a very slick result.

Hailing from Germany, Olly exhibits much of the same attention to detail and creativity that sets him alongside the world's top modders. He pairs this with a good work ethic and an ability to turn mods around quickly through careful planning and good guesstimation of time and work. He produced a production line of these mods for EA, something most modders would struggle to do.

The mod takes a Shuttle XPC and turns it into a machine gun designed to represent one of the numerous bits of armoury in EA's latest massively multiplayer shooter. Metalwork and paintwork combine to produce an eye-catching mod.
