Making the chassis
The system board was to be fitted inside a plastic box with the smaller white box to house a 2.5” laptop hard disk.
Firstly, the black box was cut to size…
…followed by the small white one.
The system board was test fitted inside the box which was then drilled to accommodate the mounting pillars for the board.
With the pillars put in place the system board was then mounted.
