Front bezel modding

I decided to make a change to the front bezel of the Cavalier case, both for aesthetic and cooling purposes.

This was the design I came up with in Corel Draw, with the drilling markings.


I used my manual drill machine with two sizes of hole saw to make the cuts, using another die-cut vinyl mask as a guide.


I finished the holes off with a dremel to get them smooth.


I cut out a Cooler Master logo from a case badget and added it onto some aluminium mesh, which I have gone on to use throughout the project.
