bit-tech: How long have you been involved in Modding? Have you made any cases before this one? MaicoX:
I started modding in 1999, and to date I have made 7 cases in total, such as Crash Box
bit-tech: What inspired you to make this particular case? MaicoX: I wanted to make a different and unique casemod. I knew the (Alien) films and at that time I was the first one to make an Alien-mod. So I decided to try it on.
bit-tech: Tell us more about this case: what makes it special? What are its unique features? MaicoX: It has a VIA Mini ATX M10000 mobo with a 40 GB Samsung hard disk , 256mb Samsung RAM and a slimline CDROM from eBay. The case is water-cooled (Alphacool) and all the teeth are handmade with modeling material; the head is made out of 14 layers of fibreglass. The painting was done with an airbrush with two component water-based paint (like car paint)
