LIGHTING: DVD BRACKET

With almost all the bits of construction complete, it is time to begin lighting the cube. First in line is the DVD drive bracket.



To backlight the sides, I used two pairs of ultra-bright white LEDs



For the bracket I used six more ultra-bright white LEDs. Their power is supplied from the left tube; the right tube powers the DVD drive.




I took these photos when testing my first LEDs in the core. The lights are placed right on the sides of the core - this way it lights up nicely.
