With the BIOS set to stock speeds, the MSI mirrors the Asus on most accounts in raw memory performance. The Asus does stretch a bit more in terms of copy performance, but both register same the memory at SPD settings of 9-9-9-24 at 1,333MHz which afford an identical memory latency as well.
Sisoft Sandra is a little more beneficial to the Asus on average, deciding that it offers an extra 500MB/s in multi-threaded raw bandwidth with the same overall latency.
