Vote for your Game of the Year 2012

Vote for your Game of the Year 2012

This year has been a time of change for the games industry, seeing the focus increasingly fall on independent games such as Hotline Miami even as big publishers such as THQ struggle to stay afloat - but is that a change for the better or worse?

That's what we want you to consider when we ask you to vote on which were your favourite games of the year. Which ones have had a lasting impact on you and changed the way you look at the medium - or is that not what you look for in games at all? This is your chance to tell us what you think - so head to the forums and vote.

Below you can see a list of all the nominees, hand-selected based on acclaim, popularity and actual worth - the three of which don't always go together, unfortunately.
