This little device has a cold plate that connects via USB for power, and chills down to 7 degrees centigrade.

We tried it, and it works - simple as that. It doesn't require a massive power draw, and the efficiency of the whole thing is rather pleasing to those who appreciate thermal design. Whether you can justify around £15 on it will depend on your general love of all things flippant.
