Everyone seems to be jumping on the water-cooling bandwagon nowadays with most manufacturers producing an all in one solution. Here is Gigabytes version that includes the cooling block, pump, reservoir and radiator with integral fan.
Obviously thinking outside the box...
Even the cooling block has a fan!
Alternatively, you could use a heat pipe monster instead.

Even heat pipe technology is to hand.
On the subject of coolers, this one is an animal...
