As a company that's predominantly a partner of AMD for graphics cards, Powercolor was in a similar position to Sapphire at this year's Computex, unable to reveal much publicly about its plans for Polaris.

That said, it was showing off an early Prototype of an external GPU dock for Razer laptops and Intel NUCs, and it should work with more devices once the Thunderbolt connectivity becomes more widely adopted across relevant products. Its design is very much in the early stages, but the company says it is targetting a price point of $399 or so, which is $100 less than the Razer Core's MSRP.
