Another huge wall I hit was when I opened the EK XTC Rad and saw firstly how huge it was, and second that it didn't line up with the Switch 810. So I went to work again - huge isn’t it? This is just one of the two rads.

I cut the top of the case up and made a whole new plate. It was a lot of work, and I used minor hand tools to do it. Everything came together nicely and the EK XTC 420 Radiator now fits nicely in the Switch 810.

Next came modding every single drive bay, as one would be housing two pumps, and tubing had to be able to go through all the bays, as an EK dual-loop sin res was also in the front. That's firstly for looks, and secondly to make it easier to fill and make the connections. There wasn't much left to the original drive bays when I was done with them. The photos give an idea of where I am heading with the drive bays.
