Watch Dogs 2 is coming, it's set in San Francisco and it'll launch on Tuesday, November 15. That's according to adverts and marketing material visible on the IGN website ahead of a planned reveal tomorrow.

Images shown on IGN's website reveal a protagonist standing in front of the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. It matches up with the lead character art posted to Instagram by a motion capture artist in May.

Rumours Watch Dogs 2 would be set in San Francisco and feature a new lead character have been around for a while, and this seems to confirm both. Watch Dogs 2 has been a bit of a sieve for leaks, its own existence being confirmed back in 2015 when it popped up on someone's LinkedIn profile.

The release date is also visible in the advert: 11.15.16. That's a Tuesday so is probably the worldwide release date, but more important it also slots Watch Dogs 2 cleanly into the hole left by Assassins Creed.

Yesterday Ubisoft released this video teaser. More details are sure to come from E3, when we'll get to find out something more tangible about the game, presumably the name of this new chap and what you'll be getting up to in San Francisco.
