The variety of cable lengths is impressive and the fact the single connectors can be adapted into multiple ones is a great idea but brings into question reliability. Every extra connection is prone to failure or voltage dropping, and since most of us don't follow the instructions it could mean someone strings on several to one cable, which is not the best idea. It's not "dangerous" so much, but more prone to user error.

Modern motherboards have USB to spare now, so finding an extra pin-out should be easy. The SATA connectors are not the 90 degree style, but the Molex plugs do have the push-release clips. There are only two PCI-Express connectors included - and instead of a 6+2-pin there's a solid 8-pin and an ugly adapter instead.

The braid quality is generally very good - we found only the ATX cable could do with having a bit of a tighter fitting, but the ends are neatly glued into place which stops them moving.

All the wires use the thinner 18 AWG thickness wire, rather than the thicker 16 AWG that is sometimes found used on the PCI-Express and EPS12V wiring. 18 AWG is pretty much standard for mainstream hardware so it's not unexpected, but it would have been nice to see Hiper stretch that bit further.
