Intel's memory performance is fundamentally better and although the write latency is a little slow, the read and copy performance is better for the DG45FC, and it features a 28 percent lower latency too: that's considerable!

Sisoft Sandra echoes the sentiments above, but is more forgiving for the Nvidia setup, now the Intel board is only nine percent lower latency and 400MB/s faster.
