Cooler Master appoints Target

World-renowned case manufacturer, Cooler Master, has appointed Target Components as official UK distributor.

Originally launched in 1992 to provide thermal solutions for to the PC industry, the Cooler Master brand now produces chassis, power supplies, coolers and other accessories, as well as OEM cooling for the likes of Nvidia and AMD.

Having won numerous awards, including the 2008 Computex Design & Innovation award for the high build-quality of its cases alongside innovative designs, Cooler Master has been keen to build on its growing reputation amongst the gaming community.

They have gone a long way in achieving this in recent years by providing impressive cooling systems in their case designs. As a result, demand for their products is growing, particularly from specialist gaming retailers who also see the opportunities available in upgrading and improving on existing systems.

Cooler Master’s appointment of Target is attributed to the distributor’s access to over 2500 specialist retailers, etailers and systems integrators. In turn, the Cooler Master brand also bolsters Target’s case offering that already includes Antec, Gigabyte and Foxconn.

Kelly Coxon, Target’s Purchasing Manager, said “we are delighted to have Cooler Master on board. Not only does this offer our customers even more choice in what they provide to end users, but it also allows us to grow our existing range of prebuilt systems to address the gaming market.”

The Cooler Master range is available through Target Components now. Visit www.targetcomponents.co.uk for more information.
