Taipei, Taiwan – The 2008 Computex took place at the new Nangang exhibition facility from June 3rd to the 7th. GeIL once again demonstrated its market-driven philosophy as a professional memory module manufacture with passion and innovation to provide the best possible technology to produce the perfect product for its intended user. The star at the booth was DBT – Die-hard Burn-in Technology. The DBT process will be applied in GeIL memory production with the DBT-1 Burn-in Chamber as a form of reliability engineering.

The DBT process stresses the memory modules at elevated temperature and elevated voltage to detect the early failure components to improve the overall product quality and user satisfaction.

GeIL also showcased the overclocking-friendly high performance DDR3 XMP Series certified by Intel. Another eye-catching showcase was GeIL’s latest hybrid memory cooling system – EVO CYCLONE. The Cyclone features the world’s first 5cm LED Display Fan, with readings of temperature and fan RPM fed through sensors underneath the universal fan casing. The introduction of DBT in GeIL memory production will set new benchmark in DRAM production technology.
