While Blighty suffers continual flooding, thunder and lightening, hailstorms and downpours that make monsoons look like a sprinkle, we hope that everyone else in the northern hemisphere is properly seasonally adjusted. If the sun decides it finally wants to show its face and warm up this grey, old country we might have to consider some sort of personal cooling.

If you are in a country where you're sweaty in the summer and the office has no air-con because they're on an "energy efficiency drive", how about some personal cooling from a USB powered fan attached to your shirt? Akihbara news has the scoop that will guarantee to keep those sweaty armpits to a minimum and also by the looks of things, blows you up like a balloon as well.

Cool, huh?

Do you mod your own clothing? Would you buy this sort of thing? Drop us some comments with what you think.
