+12V Rail Tests

For these tests, we take a reading of the voltage output of each PSU's 12V rail (or rails, if it uses a multi-rail design). This is done at three load levels: low, medium and high, which vary based on the wattage of PSU being tested. We are looking for results as close to 12V as possible. Higher loads are more likely to highlight any instabilities. Any output that falls outside of Intel's specifications is considered a fail and highlighted in red.
