Project Log: Here
Desk PCs have made a big comeback this year, no doubt thanks to the amazing L3p D3sk by forum user L3p. That very project has unsurprisingly inspired bugbear974 to create his own, so if you missed L3p D3sk, then here's another chance to follow an awesome water-cooled desk PC project.

The large metal frame soon made an appearance, and we're always impressed by how substantial these are in size. Thankfully, bugbear974 had a perfect little corner in this room to install it.

The desk quickly took shape, and here we can see the beginnings of the water-cooling system, with a large radiator mount already cut into the side panel. The clear desk surface of the frame is also now on show.

The hardware was soon revealed, along with various components of the water-cooling system, such as these dual Laing D5 pumps. The frame has also received a coat of paint, which spiced up the bare-metal-look considerably. There's more going on than just hardware and desks, though. There's also plenty of wiring action on display here, as bugbear974 connected up the various power and reset switches.

We can't wait to see how bugbear974's effort turns out - head over to our forum if you'd like to vote for the project.
