Hannspree’s first UK store opens this weekend bursting with new products

The store in Westfield is a stylish showcase of the Hannspree product portfolio

The new Hannspree concept store is geared up to open this weekend. Doors officially open to the public on Saturday 13th November, which coincides with the kick off of Westfield’s Christmas festivities. It’s the perfect time to head to Westfield for some Christmas shopping and to be one of the first to see all the delights at the new Hannspree store.

A stylish showcase of the effectively visual Hannspree product portfolio, the new store could be described as a technology wonderland. Those that are not familiar with Hannspree and its products will undoubtedly experience the jaw dropping effect that Hannspree’s impressive and imaginative 3D designs evoke. In addition to the stunning display of design married with technology, a number of new, state-of-the-art Hannspree products will make a UK debut at the new store including; the highly anticipated iPad rival, the HannsPAD, and Hannspree’s new SV series of TVs featuring advanced LED technology.

SV - LED TV Series
Hannspree will be unveiling a comprehensive range of TVs featuring LED technology. Making its first appearance in the UK, the new complete SV series includes models of sizes between 19” and 42”, fulfilling all mainstream TV size requirements and boasts a stylish, ultra slim and functional design. Enhancing the visual experience, The SV series includes Hannspree’s X-Contrast technology which boosts contrast levels delivering a more life-like and vibrant picture quality. Hannspree will also be demonstrating its exclusive Vivid Motion 100Hz technology - by achieving 100Hz Double Frame Rate, the SV series will benefit from the smoothest frame-by-frame picture transitions and viewers will enjoy flicker and blur free images. The unique technology promises to bring motion sharpness of LCD display to an unprecedented level.

The HANNSG HL- LED Monitor range will also be on display. A collection of stylishly formed computer monitors that combine the energy efficiency and design advantages of LED technology with HANNSG’s own proprietary display technologies

HannsPAD
Hannspree’s eagerly awaited Tablet PC, the new HannsPAD, boasts a powerful performance combination of Android 2.2 and NVIDIA Tegra II for blazing fast web browsing, 1080p video playback and flash acceleration. The HannsPAD proudly supports Flash 10.1. It features a capacitive multi-touch, 10.1” LED LCD which has a 1024x600 resolution (16:9) and there’s 16GB worth of onboard memory with the option to add another 32GB via the microSD card slot. The unit also includes WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity, plus mini USB 2.0 and mini HDMI (1080p). Weighing a featherweight 790g the HannsPAD Tablet PC is extremely portable whilst it’s super slim 13.9mm form and elegant, simple design make it very attractive on the eye.

The Novelty Portfolio
The novelty series is a showcase of unique and extraordinary products that demonstrate Hannspree’s strength in 3D design and are set to be stars of the Hannspree store. Putting technology at the heart of design has made Hannspree world famous with lines such as: the Animal Series’ of fun, furry TVs and digital photo frames; the Apple inspired TV range, now featuring a new large screen; the Sports line most famously known for the 28” football inspired TV; and to celebrate the opening of the first European store being in the UK capital of London, Hannspree has tailor made an eye popping 55” TV with a 3D London Bus design. The Hannspree store will demonstrate the breadth of Hannspree’s current consumer electronics product portfolio, including its extensive Monitor, TV, Digital Photo Frame, Netbook and Photo Alarm Clock ranges.
