Overclockers UK is announcing the introduction of two new Zowie EC series gaming mice - the EC1-A and EC2-A.

Both mice use an Avago 3310 optical sensor, which it claims has no acceleration or prediction giving the user full precision mouse control, with the same sensor being used in the award-winning FK series.

Keeping the same shape and size as the original FK series, the surfaces have been revamped utilising new materials. It has listened to competitive gamers' and casual gamers' feedback on the coating of the mouse, and the EC1-A and the EC2-A now use the same premium coating as the FK and the EC eVo CL series, which is the gamers' preferred choice.

The key features include the use of the superior Avago 3310 optical sensor, the brand new Zowie logo, plug and play with no drivers needed allowing easy setup, a lift off distance of only 1.5 - 1.8mm and DPI adjustments of 400, 800, 1,600 and 3,200.
