Many entries were from bit-tech forum regulars, but there was stiff competition from other communities too.
Cooler Master has announced the winners of its annual modding competition, which closed at the end of May.
The competition was split into Tower Mod and Scratch Build categories, with one first place winner a piece, four second place slots and six third place slots, each winning a hefty prize bundle.
This included Cooler Master cases, Silent Pro Gold 1200W PSUs, V10 coolers and XtraFlo fans, while other sponsors included AMD and PowerColor, who supplied Radeon HD 6950 and 6970 graphics cards.
In addition to this, Gigabyte also provided some motherboards, Kingston gave out some SSDs and EVGA provided bonus prizes, which also included motherboards and graphics cards.
To see all the projects that were entered, head over to Cooler Master's
competition page.
Congratulations go out to everyone who picked up a prize, especially
bit-tech regulars Boddaker and coolmiester who both picked up first place - Boddaker in the scratch build category while coolmiester saw off the competition from other tower mods. The other standings can be seen below, as well as a little eye candy.
