I've got about a half dozen X58s already in house (two Gbt, One (actually two) DFI, One (actually two) Foxconn, one ECS) and a few AM2+ boards to review, not to mention AM3s like the ECS arriving too.

+ I haven't yet done tri-channel memory kits :/

Pff a group test still takes x times as long because everything has to be tested, stressed, overclocked, compared. There's no point in doing a half arsed article.

bit's articles are never half baked even in past group tests. partly the reason i still haunt this place!

But the point is a group test takes 4/5/10 times as long to test for a single article, rather than having 1x + writing and graphs for each, which is why we tend to do one at a time because it covers more about each product and is easier to search for on site.
