Cooler Master has revealed a number of new cases, including the long awaited Cosmos SE (aka Cosmos Mini) and the new CM 693.

Cooler Master’s cases are the bread and butter of the modding community, and we’ve lost count of the number of mod-projects based around its Cosmos range of cases; they typically offer all the space needed to accommodate even the most bonkers builds. This size though does mean that the likes of the Cosmos and Cosmos 2 haven’t been the most practical of cases, so we were pleased to see Cooler Master reveal the new, smaller, Cosmos SE at Computex 2013.

The new chassis is much smaller than the Cosmos 2, but remains a bit of a beast of an ATX case, with room for full-size ATX motherboards (although not E-ATX by the looks of things) and the expected wide array of water-cooling support. Drive cages are fitted into a large front cage that runs the height of the case, while the signature Cosmos aluminium handles and feet make a welcome return.

Cooler Master also took the wraps off the CM 693, an update to its popular CM-690 range. The new case retains the signature curved exterior and chrome trim and the interior updated to include resizeable and removable hard drive cages. Both trays and their accompanying cage can be switched from 3.5in to 2.5in drives, or removed entirely.
