The man at the top of the Infinium Labs tree has decided that it's time to climb down and move on to new things.

Kevin Bachus was the previous CEO of the company and his addition to the company back in 2003 brought some much-needed credibility to the project. Kevin was previously at Microsoft and helped create the Xbox.

However, Kevin has been unable to keep the firm from attracting controversy, with numerous investment scam rumours surrounding his tenure at the company. He was able to make sure that a prototype of the console was shown to the public back at the CES show at the beginning of this year, but that prototype is yet to hit the shelves.

A European, Greg Koler, is now taking the helm in the wake of Kevin's departure. Koler has previously been a consultant for the firm on the European markets.

Is Phantom ever going to appear? We don't think so. Do you disagree? Let us know in the forums.
