Some Italian modders are around here, from long time...
This is THE place to learn modding , italians or not, the passion is the same...
The big barrier for us is the translation, but now we have an official worklong translator so, be prepared for the Italians invasion!
I know ,oldnewby, that the nomination for the MOM are always a suprize, but, dams, it's my favourite surprize, all the mod here need to be in the MOM but I suppose that the staff here is doing a good job, every moths I see 3 or 4 mod that I haven't read...
I don't know the criteria to be in the MOM and I don't care, it's a steff decision, and I respect this ...
That's cool rigormortem, you don't care.
But I really feel for some of the modders who have just
put a few pieces of metal together being asked to compete
with finished cases, it makes it very difficult to vote.
I also think the very low vote counts
each month is saying something about the process (or
lack of one).
Sinuskurve for me. I love the clean lines and what you did with the LEDs. Unit 4 was a close second, but it comes off as an art piece rather than a practical case.

Same here. I just love those snowflakes, beautiful.. also Sinuskurve already have so many votes, so since it's a tie for me, this tips the scale in favor of Glacial.
tnx a lot for voting me, but I have to say something...
I've voted, and my vote goes to Lumière Noire by EEL, the theme is amazing, and the idea to use the black plexy/red led is fantastic!

In fact it's a complete mystery how the mods are selected, they just appear every month
by magic. I can't find anywhere on the site to explain the criteria for being selected.
Readers are expected to vote for a mod of the month even though their favorite has been
excluded.
How about letting the readers decide which mods should compete as well as the eventual
winner, I can think of several ways this can be done.
I think they put cases they feel are on the same level together to make it more difficult to choose.:D Glacial was a victim of being the guy with the only-just-started log.
Well sinuskurve went straight to the front and stayed there, not only due (I think)
to it being a beautiful case but also it's finished, you can see the whole banana's.
I reckon that if EELs and Dia's cases were finished the voting would be much closer,
maybe even with a different result.
I really do think the unfinished cases are at a disadvantage.
I know that my case is not yet finished, but I try to put more pics and text as soon as the works go on, in the meantime I'm really happy to be here at one of the best case mod forums in the world!
I have read multiple post about peoples work logs and was wondering if a work log is required to be potentially selected to be in the motm contest.
I ask because when I built my computer I had no intention of entering it into any contests or showing if off to people on the web so I only for my own purposes took 8 or 10 random shots during it's creation. Not too much to work with if I wanted to create a work log.
It wasn't untill after it was finished that someone told me I should enter it into multiple contest and see how I do.
