Not a major fan of deep Gothic architecture myself, but the skills and effort and output are amazing. Well done.

When I started with modding, blue was what every 12yo and his mother used, so I had to get something else ;)

wow, thats pretty nuts, a bit of a shame its not a watercooled overclocked rig with all those the possible radiator spots
Quote stoff3r 4th July 2007, 21:28
great mod. what did you use to cut? a dremel in a fixed position?
Quote Morphine-Kitty 4th July 2007, 21:51
Looks truly amazing. Awesome job Edvuld. ;)

How big is each hard drive? 500 gigs? That would be a mighty 6 terabytes of space.
Quote z3rb 5th July 2007, 00:58
Wow I'm really impressed. <3

Although it isn't in any way a requirement, it seems a shame to have such a fantastic case without some amazing hardware inside to finish it off. Someone sponsor this man!

Hehe, yeah, watercooling does add a nice extra touch, and I have the spare space, but I kind of dislike the extra maintenance that comes with it...

I have loads of smaller HDDs that I wanted to put in one centra computer, so they're not that big, but I'll replace them with 500GB Samsung P166 drives when they start to get unreliable... There's loads of more info in the Project Log

2x500GB Maxtor DMax11 16MB SATA2
1x250GB Maxtor DMax10 16MB SATA
2x200GB Maxtor DMax10 8MB SATA

^ Hear hear ;)

Don't be afraid to give feedback on my writing, both in the article, and on the worklog as well - if you feel there's something I should change the next time around.

Yeah, I'll try to borrow a system cam next time so I'll get better pics in the dark, and won't have to worry about shaking...
