I like submerged and le cake.
No cool ITX form factor cases though. I really dig small & sexy yet powerful little comps.

That cake is brilliant, i think a cake shop would do well with that, and use it as there in shop computer :)
However, possibly my fav would be Carbon Li, couldnt tell you why, but i like it more than the others. Nice selection of mods though Tim/Rich.

Cheers

Sam

Rofl at the flame case... Sorry if I'm hurting somebodys feelings but that and the princess-thing just don't belong there next to the carbon Li's and the other cool creations.

Nice roundup anyways, shame I couldn't make it there myself.

Those twins cases are amazing really like them, is there a worklog anywhere?

I have to give hats off to the oil PC, Ive never seen that done as a real case made just for doing so. I have seen it in fish tanks and the like though. Of course, upgrading would be a real PITA...

It was nice to meet you in real life Tim/Rich.

And thanks for the article guys ;)

Not to be a nitpicker but the German word for cube isn't "Kuber", it's "Wuerfel" (or for the people whose browser can display ü, "Würfel").

As far as I know, "Kuber" means........not a bloddy thing.

The Hiper cube isn't a Lian Li... it's a Yeong Yang server cube :D Add me to the list of nitpickers :D Only I have one sitting on the floor beside me......

Carbon Li is beautiful. The most striking thing to me, is where the hell are all the cables? How many goats did you sacrifice to the cable-hiding gods to achieve that effect :O

Also loving the oil PC :D

thanks, fixed the nitpicks! ;)

I'll also add that Carbon Li is simply phenomenal and it's a great piece of work. Hopefully it'll get the full writeup it deserves in the next few weeks. It was also great to meet Ediejo in person -- great guy with an undoubted passion for moding!

The Fairmoon (this is the right name) mod was made by Hilenaluna, my girlfriend. She is registered here, btw.
The case is 2 years old, so no mad panic to finish it ;) and no dads or little kids to make happy: this is her main pc. :D

She also made a 007 - Casino Royale casemod, which was shown near the Fairymoon... this one was made in a little hurry, as CoolerMaster gave us only 15 days to complete it.

A correction to the article would be very nice :D

Ciao!

I'd love to see more about the oil thingy. A friend of mine tried that out using the same mineral oil, but he faced lots of problems... One being the HDD that wasn't sealed after all and secondly, a bit surprisingly a weird problem with the cables - capilar effect. The concept works yeah and it's well done and looks nice, but I'd just like to see some detailed shots especially about the connections.

carbon li's clean lines are amazing. best watercooling setup i've seen. i'd like to know what the actual water circuit looks like, though.
Ediejo 6th April 2007, 05:22 Quote
For everybody who wants to know more about the Carbon Li there is also a work log from it. Here on Bit-Tech

:'( my casemod isn't on the pictures from the coolermaster booth.
Koradhil 6th April 2007, 17:53 Quote
I think you got plenty of coverage in other articles ferry ;)
_ferry_ 6th April 2007, 18:04 Quote
I know, AFIAK every other mod which was on the cebit is in the article. I havn't seen more of them. So a good 'roundup' should include each mod IMHO.
