I've already followed the project worklog before and was quite impressed ;)

Nice to see this one in the modding-articles as well ;)
Quote Sathy 6th April 2006, 12:37
That is one impressive wood-incorporating mod, I too have followed the original project thread - although I hadn't yet created a login.

A great and also a personal case, skilled work!

In a way I was surprised to see this mod featured on the site, eventhough I do like it alot and personally I somehow like the fact that Nick didn't go crazy with features. So many things done right ...it's got a sort of harmony about it.

I'm not going to hijack this thread by asking for certain mod to-be-continued', but you know what I'm talking about...that's what I was expecting! =]

And good job of the BT staff to spot this one!

This case is one of my favorites. I love the styling and the painting although I'm not so sure about the window.

Excellent attention to detail!

WOW!
absolutely amazing...

though I would have painted all the wood in the same color... and I didn't realize why the front panel isn't whole :\

I said it in the worklog, and I'll say it here...this work ROCKS. Anyone who knows woodworking at all cannot help but be impressed by those joints...all done by HAND.

Excellent work, greensabbath, truly a wonderful creation.

Unbelievable. ;)

I would not be surprised to see this on display at the booth of some major PC component manufacturer.
Quote gvblake22 6th April 2006, 16:23
I loved this project, very impressive to say the least. And I have to thank greensabbath for being so nice and helping me pick out that same dark acrylic he used in Sangaku! ;)
Beautiful work man!

This case design is a good lesson in "less is more." The simplicity of the design elements that make up the case work very well to make this stand out against a lot of the mods out there.

Definitely a success. I've said it before, quality work greensabbath!
