That is some INCREDIBLE work. The outlining really did the job of bringing the background to life.
kiljoi 14th February 2006, 17:35 Quote
The case looks like crap, but dear god is that engraving amazing. The detail is amazing. Props to the man with dremel.

Hell, you've got a son I'll be your daughter.

Could use that case as barganing material against your son for the rest ofhis life.

Indeed - again - impressive results, it's always nice to read about work done by someone as skilled as you obviously are!

GoTaLL: What's been the most challenging project so far? This?
Or would you rather say that as each engraving requires alot of attention and is different in some way or another, it's hard to categorize like that?
GoTaLL 14th February 2006, 21:00 Quote
well i must say text is the hardest to make cause if a line suppose to be straight it should be straight.. and if its a logo it should look like the logo .. and 1 slip and you are "fu...d" casue hard to regret it.. .. but most challenging among the engravings is the world of warcraft tj05 i made for DH-05 .. that should have been seen live cause there was no flaw what so ever on that .. everything was in my opinion perfect.. but then there is some cases that takes more time as this .. the bigger area was kinda "ooh what did i get myself in to" and you still have to finnish it ... but the result was damn nice .. but this is if you talk cases ... done some glas tables that been hell of a work .. but that is another story ;)
JAxen 14th February 2006, 21:18 Quote
Yaiks that looks awesome.. Some serious dremel skills there man :)
riggs 14th February 2006, 21:26 Quote
ohemgee that's good!

Nice to see someone that actually uses shareware software, but doesn't crack it!
Sathy 14th February 2006, 21:30 Quote
I actually went through all of your galleries on your site, very impressive! That glass table must have taken ages to do, really nice!

You seem to have a thing for "tribal" markings, which lead me to think that do you "engrave" people aswell or? =] just noticed that in one picture of presumably you(?) working, you have quite a big tattoo on your back...
If you do people aswell, how have you started doing what you do?
Drawing > Tattooing > Engraving or in some other order? Some school or similar where you begun practising your skills or just a hobby that turned up to be something more serious?
GoTaLL 14th February 2006, 21:30 Quote
well i actually buy all my software .. but you need to try some ;) , i dont tattoo i know lots of peeps that do tho .. yes iits my back .. kinda like the tribal thing cause you can do much with it ... is-was a hobby that is turning in to work .. kinda ..
madmodder 15th February 2006, 09:25 Quote
This is something I can really aspire to being. This is helluva good engraving work and it really inspires me to work on my engraving work after seeing what stunning results can be produced with a dremel, 40 hours and a hell of a lot of patience!!
GoTaLL 15th February 2006, 12:49 Quote

I second every post in here.
