I like Rev.Zero , but seeing the peltier/cooler/warmer actualyl being made i know a shed load of effort has gone into this, and its even more impressive in the flesh.

+1 Peltier cooler/warmer

And the winner for my opinion is the peltier drink cooler.

*I've been planning for a looong time to make thing like that*

I like J-Pepper's Coolermaster ATC S4000 ;) - well thought out and executed, and not OTT.

J-Pepper - Coolermaster ATC S4000

Stylish and not over modded.

Beer cooler, cos everystudent in their right mind can't do without one

I give my vote to Peltier cooler/warmer....

I have to say that the name of the competition and the presentation doesn't go all that well together. The name suggest you are looking for the best LOG, the presentation of each log sound more like you/we are picking the best MOD. None the less i'm voting for the beer cooler, it wins in both departments! :)

Peltier Cooler. If anything because it reminds me of the cooler on my old MSI FX5200.
Plus it's outright awesome.
Shadowed_fury 30th September 2005, 13:22 Quote
Feeding Frenzy does it for me. Three loops? Thats just utter insanity.
Godboy_g 30th September 2005, 13:32 Quote
My Vote is for the Beer cooler. I've been wanting to do something similar myself.
Remember......Happiness is spelled B-E-E-R :D

Peltier Beer cooler FTW! :D

They're all very good!

I like the look of the up-and-coming couple mods, the g5 and Rev.Zero, but they're not at a point yet (either log or mod wise) to be winning a prize.

For current effots, I would have to say Feeding Frenzy++. Though hopefully next month we'll also see some of the more unfinished projects back in the race (and looking forward to FrozenFire and Moondust)

I vote for J-Peppers Coolermaster ATC S4000
WizZard 30th September 2005, 14:11 Quote
Feeding Frenzy definitely.

(I'm going to "borrow" some of those wiring ideas!) :p

J Pepper's Coolermaster by a narrow margin... The beer cooler is a close second.
blue_lawnchair 30th September 2005, 14:40 Quote
My vote is going to Feeding Frenzy. It is a truly inspirational log.

Peltier Beer cooler. Hands down. Then grab beer, hands back up to mouth. Drink beer. Then hands down again. Repeat.

My vote counts double because I'm Votey.
Rocket733 30th September 2005, 15:24 Quote
Feeding Frenzy +1 for me, though the Coolermaster is a close second
Boris1701 30th September 2005, 15:28 Quote
Defo to the peltier powered beer cooler/ tea warmer ... I've seen the real McCoy and its brilliant ... One vote here

Beer Cooler... great idea... well excecuted...
LockmanX 30th September 2005, 16:04 Quote
really like the pelter cooler but gonna have to go with J-Peppers Coolermaster ATC S4000. Tis one of my favorite cases and it would be scarey as hell to mod one (expensive and rare...).
