And there I was thinking the best use for an iPod is as a paperweight...

Nice mod - love all the little details (and that etch is beautiful).

Nicely done!

Where did you get the high-res image that you used as a basis for the laser etch? Would make for a great wallpaper :)

A very well executed case modification. Everything goes together very nicely. I think that the silver matches with the source material much better than the black would have. The case etch is also looking perfect with a lot of great shades of grey. Very professional work!

Great work. A clean, detailed mod with well implemented theme, done on the right choice of case. Works for me.

First of all, amazing mod... I loved the game, and this perfectly captured the feel of it... expecially loved the custom milling.

Quick question for those posting about the "duel window" setup... could one of you possibly post a link to a how to on that, or maybe an example? It sounds really nice, but I've never seen it in action and I'd have no idea how to go about it.

I like the mod for a very clean theme, it's minimalistic in a sort of way.

:D

how much did it cost for everything, the case, hardware, etc.

I love that game(s) and the anime series, nice and clean, very well done.

Also the link to the place where you got the etching done seems to be gone but I noticed a site that I plan to use called HyperKore that has the Kosmos etching so Im wondering if they might have been who you used but have since changed their name or something.

I would love to E-mail you to ask you if you might be interrested in possibly selling this computer, or consider making a second one to sell. Please send me an e-mail on this subject. I would really love to have this computer, as I have been trying to find a way to contact you for over 2 years. I bought all the Xenosaga games and would like to get this. I have no computer now I'm resorting to using other people's computers.I hope to hear from you soon.

Please bear in mind that, for starters, there's (probably) a few hundred bucks worth of shipping and insurance from UK to Canada... Let me know if you don't get any response - I have the modder on my MSN :)
