only problem with those co2 tanks is that they only have one valve on them, so another would have to be added. One for water in and one for water out.
They also have a valve built into the neck which isn't needed and would have to be removed some how.
If you could get around this a tank like that would look amazing
Case is looking nicer and nicer and nicer all the time... I really like the ran grills on the top, an old feeling. I am going to have to do an ammo rust style pc after project fast mod... check it out
Those fan grills are spot on. I never cared for the look of those particular fan grills, but used on this case, they are perfect!
I don't know what you are doing for switches, but I was looking around.
How about something like this for a power switch: http://www.doidic.com/forum_images/knife_switch.jpg
It's called a knife switch. I found it on ebay (link) I think it would be a very unique way to turn on a PC; have to swing this large lever down. Very Frankenstein...
Also, this as a reset switch: http://www.doidic.com/forum_images/reset_switch.jpg
This is a type of switch used for emergency stops, like on a table saw, or some other very large, dangerous piece of machinary (Like a gaming PC!). It even reads "RESET" and "EMERGENCY STOP". The red would go well with the red valves you are using. Also found on ebay (link)
Wow, this is coming along great, loved your wood case and I'm lovin' this one as well. Keep up the awesome work, can't wait to see the finished probuct.
I have a good old looking switch that i will post later because i am at a friends house showing him the site and this sweet case. Pics of the switch later today.
this is a big moma coming from an old nissan micra, it is made of copper and its mesurements fit very well with the 5.25 bay :D

I M not a professional, it is just hobby for me , the painting is rather easy to get, you just need paintbrush to do it ;) and a little artistic touch to apply the oxydant solution where it fit nice :)
Excelent work, Piloux! This is one of the coolest looking pieces of Half-ife Fanware I have ever seen! It looks bloody friggin awesome! As for the metal wires, how does chrome rust? You're probably going to have to scratch up the chrome, and wear it out and THEN apply your poaint job. Otherwise, it might not work right. Have a good one!
cool idea trailing the fan wires out of the case that way instead of trying to hide them completely. looks good.
I had a look for the rust effect paints ut cant seem to find them in the UK :'( ohwell. I believe the make of paint Piloux is using is actually american, as they are based in the U.S. and i can only find U.S. distributors!!
not much use when you realise they wont airmail them anyway.

And u prolly dint , otherwise u would know he painted all the rust !
I haven't really read much, so here is an idea that might have been suggested. Some type of display, now obviously it would need be made to work with this. Try and get a lcd/vfd and get it cracked, partially. Do the rusted thing, or something of that nature. The second thought was to get the tubes that displayed numbers, I can't remember what type they're called, but I wonder if they have ones with letters. Have five or so display scrolling messages. Just an idea. Could even have one of the tubes broken, or a few of them.

Also very dangerous (exposed contacts).
These would also be good power switches. They are a better match for the industrial look:

The first one is an electrical disconnect box. The other three are breakers (like resetable fuses...). They could all be hacked into some kind of power switchs (all you need is something that shorts two connections). They are definitely big, but the look is right (I especially like the "Thermal-Magnetic Circuit Breaker" label on the third switch). All found on ebay (Switch Panel, First Breaker Switch, Second Breaker Switch, Third Breaker Switch)
Also, this as a reset switch:
