That is harsh, I mean I can just about handle the dollars and pounds matching in price, but to see the dollars lower despite the 1.6 exchange rate is just a major slap in the face.
Mind you, remember many of us (especially those at the bottom of the ladder) do get better working conditions then the US. Our 4-5 weeks paid holiday no matter what is not a given over there. Just pointing out the grass is not always greener... but still,l stuff like this sucks.

You seem to forget you still need to calculate the taxes. the US prices are excluding VAT.
