Bit-Tech: pwetty pwetty please can you try this board with 2 x GTX280 (if you still have the board) and see if you get the same result that I did?

I have this board with 2xGTX280 in SLI.
What was your result?

no output from any of the DVI ports, both of the cards showing the green LED to say that they're the "dominant" card...

did you setup work first time?

The power lights on the GTX280's are both green to show adequate power is available, otherwise they would be red.

My system did work first time although I was using 4x 3870's to start with which also worked (crossfire x4).

I changed to the 280's for the better performance.

NV panel confirms that SLI and PhysX are enabled and just to sure I ran the "Show SLI visual indicators" which confirmed it was working.

I am using 2x Asus standard GTX280's for the record :)

was the display black right up until Windows (when drivers would get loaded) or did the POST splash display as normal first time? I have one Asus standard and one Gainward standard, both identical freqs and memory, even nVidia say it should be fine!:(

Looking from the back on the machine I plugged the DVI lead into the bottom card right hand DVI port.

I get all the output from when the machine is first booted bios and all.

If that does not work you could try another SLI bridge just to eliminate it from the line up.

Thankyou so much, bottom right DVI worked! Don't know how I missed that!

Yay community!
